RED HTML Development tool

Hi! It's been awhile since my last post here, but I'm back!
I'm making a program for HTML Developing, made with Visual Studio 2012 Express.
I'ts gonna be called RED HTML Development Tool, or ,simply, RED HTML.
It's beta version will be released this week, and it'll be free for all.
Why RED?
I'm gonna start making programs with WinAPI forms n' stuff. Those programs will be RED programs.
RED comes from my surname (Rosso), which in italian means red.
